Conditioning is improving in Bhopal and other districts of Madhya Pradesh

Food and transport facilities are being provided in the districts to migrant workers arriving from other states along the border of Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan informed that free arrangement of buses has been made for the labourers. If there is any complaint, strict action will be taken against the drivers who take bus fare from the labourers. Chief Minister Chouhan said that no matter to which state the labourers belong, facilities should be provided to them. This is a time of crisis. To whichever place the labourers belong, they are the sons of the soil. There should be no question of discrimination. Buses are being arranged from Madhya Pradesh to send migrant workers to the state’s borders.

On labourers not being given entry to a state, Chief Minister Chouhan said that this is the time to forget all differences and act. Corona crisis is a crisis for humanity. Everyone has to work unitedly to deal with it. At this time it is meaningless to talk about politics or ideological disagreement. Realizing the agony of the workers who want to return home, it is our duty to provide essential facilities to them. Chief Minister Chouhan said that necessary arrangements have been made for migrant laborers in every district of Madhya Pradesh.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that Prime Minister Modi has sought information about the arrangements being made in the interest of citizens from each state with due respect to the federal structure of the country. He has given equal importance to all states. The Prime Minister held discussions with the Chief Ministers through video conference on 20 March, 2 April, 11 April, 27 April and 11 May. Apart from this, the Prime Minister is also available for personal discussion. He has explained every detail point-wise and has done the work of boosting the morale of people in this hour of crisis.

Chief Minister  Chouhan said that all necessary steps have been taken in Madhya Pradesh as per the instructions of the Government of India. In the context of lockdown four, discussions are being held in the state from the district to the capital. All ministers will hold discussions and seek suggestions from the dignitaries of the districts, major political parties, social organizations, engineers, doctors, media representatives etc. from the divisions under their charge. The suggestions obtained from the State Level Advisory Committee, Crisis Management Group of the districts and various organizations will be compiled and sent to the central government.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that economic activities cannot be stopped indefinitely in Madhya Pradesh.
