This year Ganesh Chaturthi might not be in full swing but the excitement and the devotion for the lord ganesha and the festival won’t be less among the Mumbaikars. Rashmi Agdekar stunted everyone with her fabulous performance in “Dev DD 2” is all set to roll for Ganesh Chaturthi, belonging Maharashtrian family, Rashmi has been a devotee of Lord Ganesha and is all excited for the festival.

The actress Rashmi Agdekar opened up about her love for the festival and for Lord Ganesha, Rashmi Agdekar said, “My favorite thing about this festival is the overall spirit of Mumbai. Everything is filled with joy and celebrations. especially Ukdiche Modak (steamed modak) has to be my favorite and the best ones are made at our home!. Going to my friend’s place and having them at mine for Ganpati Darshan and aartis and Prasad. I miss them all!.

Rashmi Agdekar further give out the message to maintain covid guidelines, The actress said, “I wish them all Happy Ganesh Chaturthi filled with happiness and lots of yummy food! But I would also request you all to not crowd the pandals. With the 3rd wave of covid hitting anytime now, we must celebrate the festival remotely and in a symbolic way!”

On the work front, Rashmi Agdekar started her acting career in the web series “Dev DD”  and played the lead role in “I’m Mature” for the MX player which was critically acclaimed. She was seen in the web series “Rasbhari” alongside Swara Bhaskar on Amazon Prime. She also made her debut in Bollywood with the film “Andhadhun” alongside Ayushmann Khurrana. Rashmi Agdekar will be soon announcing her exciting upcoming projects.
