  1. Why did you feel the need to come up with such a product/service?

Personal grooming, fitness and wellness is of prime importance for people, especially in the modern time when everyone wants to look better, follow a healthy lifestyle to improve their physical and mental health. While there are several offline services available, the customer-business interaction has drastically changed in the post covid world. Even before the pandemic, technology was taking over every aspect of our lives and that is why it was important to come up with a product which helped the customers in accessing the best personal grooming, fitness and wellness service providers from the comfort of their bedroom. This is the most relevant product in today’s world. It not only helps the customer but also the businesses will benefit hugely from it.

The support for this idea has been unequivocal from everyone, including friends and family. This is perhaps because everyone understands the need for such a platform and has faith in what we are doing.

  1. What problem are you solving?

The global personal grooming, fitness and wellness industry is a big pool and India is yet to make a significant contribution to it. We have a huge population which is also in the younger age group. Now, personal grooming, fitness and wellness is extremely important for this new generation of youngsters but getting access to local service providers can be a big challenge. Not every region in the country has access to good quality beauty professionals, fitness trainers, spa therapists, etc. But this does not mean there is no demand for these services. What we are doing is that we are filling a major gap between the demand and supply of personal grooming, fitness and wellness services. Also, we are providing an incredible opportunity to the businesses to move online and reach out to a larger customer base which was not possible to them in the past.

  1. What are the current alternatives in this space?

As of now, we don’t have any other alternative to what we have created. Yes, there are some brands which provide their services online, or offer software but that is scattered and mostly dominated by the big players. The smaller players and the local brands are not able to compete in this market space because of the lack of resources and experience. This is where we come in; we connect these small service providers with the customers, which also democratizes the market in a way.

The most unique feature of our platform is that it allows the customers to choose personal grooming, fitness and wellness services just like any online shopping experience. It is an online marketplace for health and wellness related services. Something like this has not been achieved in the past and that sets us apart from our competitors.
